Old carpet and pad removed from buildings has for years just been discarded into our landfills.  Millions of tons of carpet and pad get thrown into these landfills and make up a very large percentage of waste polluting the earth.   In recent years technology has advanced to the point where carpet and pad can be recycled and used again in other products.  At Acme Carpet One, we are always looking for ways to do what we can to make the world a greener place.  For several years now, we have been partnered with recycling companies to facilitate the recycling of all carpet and pad that we remove from our customers homes and businesses.   So you can rest assured that if you have us install your new carpeting, the old carpeting and pad we take up will be recycled responsibly.
